This little brick ranch cutie was originally listed for $500,000 but within half a month was dropped $20k. Despite the price drop I still felt that the home was very overpriced given that it needed some updating. My buyer commented that he’d pay $420k for the home so we tossed out a cash quick close offer with low expectations. After the usual back and forth the contract was ratified at $425k a shocking $55k less than the last advertised price.
