Go East Old Man!

On Monday I received a call from a couple from California. They were in Charleston looking at real estate. They have already begun packing their home in Orange County, Ca, and with a couple of months left before retirement have decided to make a new life in South Carolina. Like pioneers of old, they require a 10-40 acre plot of land, with room for a garden and maybe a horse or two and certainly some chickens. The budget of no more than $300,000 USD left us venturing out into the wilderness.
