Great News for West Side Diners

I’ve always thought this would make a great location for a restaurant since Mr. Lee’s kitchen closed. I’m so glad to see that it is coming to life with such an experience owner at the helm! Also Purlieu is one of my favorite foods, fun fact in Williamsburg County SC where my family is from the men cook most of the best purlieu, it is considered like a Beaufort stew, a dish cooked during cooler months to share with “company” it is a delight so delicious due to a wonderful combo of moist dark chicken, sausage and rice.
