Ambrosia salad reinvented thanks to the fraternal Lees

Matt and Ted Lee were doing southern food in NYC when it wasn't yet cool. I guess that is what makes them the unofficial experts on all things culinarily related to the south. What I like about the duo is they have great taste, and an uncanny ability to cut to the chase.
