the right ingredients make a perfect coffee shop

In the Avondale shopping district there are many great small businesses.  My favorite coffee shop, Alchemy Coffee, happens to be among them.  Here are the ingredients alchemist Janie Mallard blends to create the perfect coffee shop: 1 bowl full of atmosphere (great lighting, comfortable chairs and couches, free wifi, GREAT music) 1 heaping tablespoon of good food (Janie makes everything from scratch including a tuna salad made with sushi grade tuna), A gallon of personality (Janie and her staff always remember you and how you like your coffee).  A sprinkle of Art (Art lover Janie always shows local artist on her walls, and even hosts art openings to show case their work!).  Oh, and a cup of coffee!  Treat yourself to The Alchemist a chai latte with a shot of expresso and cayenne pepper, delicious!  After thought * all sandwiches come with tortilla chips and home made black bean and pineapple salsa  and one of the best home made brownies I have ever had*
