Beach House finds love on Isle of Palms

I just received word from my beach house buyers from Chicago that they have completed a renovation of their lovely front beach home on Ocean blvd Isle of Palms.  After doing a huge amount of research, I took my out of town buyers straight to their dream home.  It was literally the first house we saw and nothing else compared!  With a little paint and creativity, they have really turned it into a show place. Sometimes learning the market and spotting a deal can really make real estate magic happen.
