The corner of Rutledge and Spring has amazing visibility and with a courtyard surrounding it, this old gas station could make a fabulous eatery, residence, or gourmet store.  Finally they are starting to get more realistic with the asking price, but I think it can be bought for even less and It is also a possibility that it could be leased.
