Darwin comes to the Neighborhood Museum
The new exhibit will begin on the29 th of April and run through August of 2010. It consists of about two dozen items on the life, research, and theories of Charles Darwin. The primary focus of the exhibit is the ideas and debates surrounding his theory of evolution and the process of natural selection. Free parking and admission is always the rule at the Karpeles. Hours: Tuesday to Friday 11 AM to 4 PM. (closed Saturdays, Sundays, & Mondays). For more information please call (853-4651) & come by. The documents include letters, writings and official records of Charles Darwin, one of the most influential men of modern science. Also included are some of the correspondence and notes of rebuttal and support of his controversial theories.
