You don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows
Last week, I met a client for a showing at ONE COOL BLOW. About a year ago, I first took notice of the large modern building under construction on the upper peninsula. There is a lot to like about the place. Starting pricing is in the upper 100's with special stipulations, not bad for an amazing downtown location with spectacular views. This building also has much more to offer due to exemplary construction methods. In addition to the precast concrete used throughout the entire project, which can withstand hurricane-force winds, the following features are also notable: Tile Bathrooms, Granite Counter tops, Energy Star Stainless Appliances, Bamboo Flooring, Juliet Balconies, Copper Rain spouts, Recycling Station, Green Roof. Major drawback (in my opinion) is the lack of walk ability. Despite that, it is a chic modern building in the path of progress, and a very significant marker for the way that the winds will continue to blow. There are some nice units still for sale and for lease, so call me to schedule a showing if this is a style of Charleston living that appeals to you.
