Midtown Development, between Spring and Cannon

Despite pessimism and market concerns, the midtown development is selling briskly and the corner commercial spaces are occupied by Verbena Salon and Red Triangle wealth management. I attribute the success of the project to two things; location and quality. The location is midtown, an easy walk to the tourist center of Charleston without the congestion. Just as accessible are all major exits from the city, there is also a closer than close proximity to the best local restaurants and shops in Charleston, where quality is higher and prices are lower to encourage repeat local patronage.
