Middleton Place Stables an afternoon on the Plantation

I drove out today with a client to shop for a build-able lot at Middleton Place. The Plantation is over 8000 acres and only 11 lots exist in a very small development behind the stables and next to the Middleton Place Inn. It was a beautiful December day and the hunt meet was a beautiful display of horses and hounds. From the end of November until March the Fox Hunt will meet ever Thursday and Sunday. The lots were beautiful and secluded. They range in size from a little over an acre to almost three acres and in price from 180k-375k.
